Briton Properties deals in luxury property opportunities that are available in the UK and around the world.

Property will always be perceived to be a safer option with regards to investment. Therefore, we aim to achieve the following:

• Generate fees from brokering property financing deals, which can then be subsequently re-invested back into Briton Ventures Group.
• Create a property portfolio that the Briton Ventures Group may utilise as collateral when dealing with Banks or Financial institutions.
• Develop international projects, i.e. Adhanga Island in the Maldives and CiTi-VieW in Melbourne, Australia.

The professionals involved in Briton Properties all have considerable experience in the property business. We are currently developing relationships with some of the largest property development and financing houses in the UK.

Brian Bolton-Jones has over 15 years experience in the property business. Brian has considerable contacts in the property market throughout UK. He receives several proposals on a daily basis and conducts sufficient due diligence to identify the best possible opportunities to pursue.

Jose Goumal has first hand experience and major relationships in the property market in Spain.

Peter Laurie has experience developing properties in the UK and has access to finance for the purpose of developing projects.

Our Aim

The aim of Briton Properties is to continue to develop key relationships within the UK and International property market in order to create a portfolio of properties and relationships that will allow this division of the Briton Ventures Group to generate ancillary income in conjunction with its other activities.
